CANCELATION POLICY
You may cancel your appointment 12 hours before your appointment with no penalty. However if canceling within 12 hours, Late Cancellations (and No Shows) will result in a fee of 50% of the total booked service(s) that will be charged on your next visit.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
*Discounted services will be charged 50% of the full price of the service. This includes our New Client Specials, Groupons, and Brazilian Packages.
