As the leaves fall, and the earth begins to quiet, it's time to return to yourself. Let your skin shed, like the season, making space for clarity, softness, and renewal. The transition into autumn is a reminder to ground ourselves more deeply, allowing nature to show us the beauty of letting go and preparing for renewal.

Ways to Honor this Shift of Seasons:

1.) Create a seasonal self-care ritual: Lighting a candle with grounding scents of cedar wood, clove, or cinnamon.

2.) Take warm baths infused with epsom salts and dried herbs.

3.) Transition to warming, grounding foods; including, bone broth, soup, and root vegetables.

4.) Nature walks with intention to observe the changes all around and within yourself.

5.) Fall enters a season of reflection and release, bring out your journal to align emotionally and spiritually this season.

6.) Let go of something you are holding onto.

7.) Honoring slower movement, shifting movement to feel more intuitive with the changes in season and our bodies.

As we step into autumn, we are deeply reminded that change is not only natural, but deeply nourishing. Just as the trees release their leaves, we can let go of what no longer serves us and creat space for renewal. Fall invites us to pause, restore, and embrace the quiet beauty of transition. In caring for ourselves with intention, we allow radiance to flourish from the inside out.

At Cleo, we want to make sure you’re glowing from the inside out! Feel free to ask us all the questions and concerns you have, our team is here to help!

We can’t wait to support you,
